Approach to education is student-centric and focused on engagement. The project oriented curriculum creates real learning.

Cons

Not a happy place to work. College doesn't know who or what it is anymore and in the process is alienating everyone by trying to be everything to everybody academically. Treats staff poorly. Supposedly consensus driven but when push comes to shove decisions are made without discussion or input from all stakeholders.
