My experience working for Evergreen was disappointing. I was hired on when there was a change in Management. Unfortunately, this individual was not cut out for the job. There was preferential treatment, lack of leadership, I witnessed bullying, and she was easily influenced by her peers.

Management taking you off the schedule and not informing you, adding more Patients when we already said no more walk ins, Providers get a little upset about that
