Pros

The nurses that have stuck around and are actual staff nurses are amazing, but many great one's have left.

Cons

Management does not care about their staff, lack of support. Very unsafe situations in labor and delivery such as not having hemorrhage medications available. More than half the staff are travel nurses. Turn over rate is high. Lack of breaks. Nurses secretly recording staff meetings and leaking to the media, with no investigation to learn who leaked it. Doctor that has physically aggressively touched nurses remains at this hospital. Lack of PTO.

The pay was less than seattle but I also worked in Redmond, u can work as much as you want.there’s always overtime available

Cons

Not enough employees, turn around rate was pretty high
