Pros

I have never worked at a company that has a positive work culture like this. If you are someone who wants to work with a team who genuinely is open to help at all times, apply! You won't regret it. They really value those who have the mindset to keep learning, and will go out of their way to provide the coaching required.

Cons

This is not a place for someone who is not open for learning.

Great stepping stone company - Not for long term career

Pros

Great Culture, Great employees, excellent solar installations, they have dialed in the entire process for customers, free food/snacks at shops, great work/life balance, no weekend work(for installers), company vehicle to take home(for installers), great meetings and team involvement, fun atmosphere and community involvement.

Cons

Very very limited and mostly non-existent raises, No 401K or retirement plan, only 5 days PTO and 1 additional day each year after that caps at 15 days PTO, Very high employee turnover rate, No employee warning system(good employees let go at astonishingly high rate w/o reason), Sales is expected to work most holidays, remote staff expected to be available pretty much all the time, very new and young company, not good for a stable career.

- Company events are fun - Weekly company-wide meeting - Great teams mentality - They hire great people, made lots of friends - Solar systems are great for producing own electricity

Cons

- Major turn over problem - No work-life balance - Not enough PTO/Sick time/Vacation time (1 week PTO, gain 1 day/year) - No 401k match - Forced memorization of core values and have to pass off yearly word for word - Forced to watch apple events - Forced to work some holidays - Involuntary separation is common with no explanation - Your treatment is different if you are blue collar (installers/electricians) vs. white collar (sales people) - Sales people get special treatment
