This company single handily has the strongest work ethic I have ever seen. The leadership makes it a priority to teach the apprentices what they need to know to be successful. I’ve never be apart of a team so dedicated and supportive of each other, I truly feel lucky to work for this company

At this point in my career with Everlight Solar I have not been able identify any negatives this company has exceed all of my expectations and hopes!

There are so many good things to say about this company! Overall, every department has a positive vibe. You are set up for success as soon as you are hired, with good training and great help not only from managers but also from your team as a whole. Somebody is always ready to help you and do so with a smile.

Pros

I love waking up in the morning and going into work everyday. My coworkers aren’t just people I work with, they’ve now become my friends. All of this is due to the great atmosphere here at Everlight. I look forward to installing solar everyday because of the people I work with. I love working here not only because of the great atmosphere but the countless little perks that make this company awesome.

Cons

We install year round so if you’re looking for a job on the installation team be prepared to work in the elements.
