This is without a doubt the most positive work culture I have been apart of. In my first month, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The company's mentality of letting go of egos and not being afraid of asking for help is so well practiced that I have never once lost my confidence throughout the training/early days of running things solo. Such a fun, warm team to be apart of. Also very flexible with your schedule! Very open to moving things around to accommodate work-life balance.
