Everlight wants you to grow in every way, in your role here individually, as a team, and in your personal goals. Their dedication to providing resources to do this is my favorite thing about the company. I've appreciated the positivity, simplicity, and how committed they are to keeping the culture that way, attracting people who will only add to it. Definitely a fit for a person that wants a team who will push them to be better.

Pros

Everlight Solar is full of great people and I enjoy seeing my co workers every day. Management is very important and Everlight has great management. My Manager is open and willing to listen about any issues I’ve had. I have grown an incredible amount at this company and the growth opportunities are fantastic. They reward hard work.

Cons

you do not start with a ton of PTO but it builds over time.

Management is dedicated to every employee's growth while being supportive every step of the way. If you're someone who values a positive workplace environment, wants to be invigorated in your work, and is outgoing, then this is definitely the place for you!
