I learn something new every day Book Clubs! We have both company-wide and team book clubs. I’ve read some amazing books since joining the Everlight Team, and it boggles my mind how much I’ve learned. Makes me feel support and like the execs invest in us. I’ve grown in my professional life AND have been able to apply it to my personal life, which has been unexpected, so so welcome life changing Staff Incentives! Such good swag. I have the cutest Everlight stuff Foundation of meaningful values

Cons

If someone isn’t comfy with a fast-paced environment, it’s super easy to fall behind. We’re hardcore and relentless. People who aren’t easily stick out like sore thumb

Everlight has set my expectations extremely high for what my work environment and experience should look like. I truly feel like I work side by side with my friends, family and #1 supporters and it is the best feeling ever. I also really appreciate that in this company we are constantly challenging each other, I am always learning and growing and that I am constantly given a chance to have a work / life balance. If you are ready to leap head first into a job that enables growth and that holds true to a meritocracy, you would love it here at Everlight.

Pros

Everlight is huge on company culture and really takes the steps every day to maintain it. The company is really picky when it comes to recruitment because they highly value skills and personality of each employee - and it shows. It really feels like a team/family. The supervisors are amazing; super hard working, positive, overall great energy.

Cons

No cons. In my time here the company has even taken the initiative to expand benefits.
