Pros

Fast pace, fantastic culture environment. Everlight is all about growth, not only for the company as a whole, but for their employees as well. Personal development is huge here and Everlight really wants to see their employees happy and successful. There is so much opportunity to advance and I have always felt valued working at Everlight. Everyone is like-minded and have made many friends working here.

Cons

Everlight Solar is a family company but they do require long and very late night hours if your in sales. Very little time to spend with your own family and friends. If your kid has a soccer game every Saturday morning, you're missing it. There can be a lot of hours after you have "clocked out" for the day.

Everlight Solar is truly the best company in the world! Everyone from top to bottom is treated like a family, nobody is left behind and we all move forward together! If there is any kind of help that is needed everyone jumps in head first to help! I would recommend Everlight Solar to anyone!

There is no bad things I can say about this place! Everlight is the best!

Everyday at Everlight is a great day! This company lives up to their stated values across the board but especially in that "we bet on Everlight and Everlight bets on us." I have seen Everlight bet on each person on my team and give us all of the resources needed to be incredibly successful in building this rapidly growing company. I know that I am helping to build the foundation of a giant business and it is awesome to be a part of!

Cons

Working remotely can be challenging for some people but Everlight gives us tons of opportunities to interact with our amazing people which gives an awesome team dynamic.
