The leadership is incredible and want even the lowest staff member is lead and mentored to grow themselves and reach their longterm life goals. Amazing!

Cons

Everlight Solar leadership weed the garden. They are not afraid to get rid of staff members that don't pull their own weight, which makes the culture awesome, so you feel like everyone is pulling forward with you.
