      Outstanding leadership A great start to a phenomenal culture An opportunity to build a phenomenal brand for Pure and yourself. . .all while building personal wealth

      Cons

      It's moving so fast we aren't taking time to "smell the roses" We are growing so fast we may be prone to making some mistakes. There may be too many former EMC employees joining; however, if they are not of the classic mold, we should be fine.

      The product is amazing - very common to over-deliver and exceed customer expectations Exceptional talent at every level, in every position Leading edge of a transformation in the industry - makes it fun to meet with customers We solve customer problems, not just sell storage - very gratifying

      Not enough time in the day to speak to all the customers who could benefit from this technology

      Pros

      The pace is amazingly fast, the people are genuine, and the product gets prospects fired up. There is a strong sense of team that crosses geographies, and a commitment that I see every time I engage with senior leadership to continue to make this a great place to work.

      Cons

      For me it is not a downside, but I would say that if you don't truly thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure (constructive/motivating pressure, but pressure nonetheless) environment then this probably is not a good fit.
