-Great product -Senior Management is top notch -Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction -Always looking for input -Great compensation and opportunity -Exciting, everyday is an adventure

Cons

-New features being delivered at a rapid rate, hard to keep up -Hiring a ton of people, hard to get to know everyone -Have not gone IPO yet :)

Pros

Everyone involved has a clear idea of where we're going, and that's a great plus. Management is clue-full, the work environment is excellent, and generally this is one of the best jobs I've had in multiple decades of experience, with everything from nine-person startups to the largest tech companies in the world.

Cons

The only caveat I have is that Pure is a startup; we're working hard to get product out the door on the VC's dime. If you like startups, great, and if you don't like startups, you won't want to work here.

Exciting new technology, challenging and stimulating work. Fun work environment; when Sunday roll around, I honestly look forward to starting my work week on Monday.

Cons

Pure Storage is a startup; sometimes long hours are required.
