      Business side - Disruptive product at the right time Top notch experienced management team Super smart hard working staff that moves fast and quickly adapts to changes Winning go to market strategy with an amazing sales team The product is thrilling our customers and selling fast! Culture side - Open communication - Full disclosure on everything going on in the business Empowered employees - We are given the power to make things happen! No politics! Free food :-) Fun - Movie nights, BBQs, happy hr, free beer regular team events.

      Cons

      Hyper growth - Lots of new faces -I don't know everyone by name anymore. Segmentation - Sales, Marketing and executive staff moved upstairs.

      + smart people (conversations flow easily) + great product, selling quickly + high investment (time, money) in the tooling needed to make engineering run smoothly (automated testing, modern compilers, git, etc.) + good amount of autonomy - management has a light hand - without chaos + few meetings: 1 stand-up per day, 1 team meeting / 2weeks, all hands every week + management is open with employees about company direction / status - speaks plainly (e.g. review board deck every month)

      - Gain weight because of all the free food

      Opportunities like this are rare. Great pay, great benefits and an amazing future. Upper management has vision and the employees share in the rewards. The question ins't will Pure succeed, the question is only how brilliantly. I am betting on very.
