I generally choose not to respond to attacks posted online that have the primary aim of being personally hurtful. I am making an exception in this case because inaccuracies in your post demean the tremendous accomplishments of your colleagues and co-workers. We are building a great company at Everspring, in support of world-class universities. Far from “overpromising,” we are delivering outstanding results, thanks to the talent and commitment of the Everspring team. These include student and faculty satisfaction scores well above 90%, award-winning instructional design, world-class “Net Promoter” scores from our partners and students, and retention and on-time graduation rates that meet or exceed those being delivered in our partners’ comparable face-to-face on-campus programs. These results change students’ lives and generate meaningful resources for our university partners to re-invest in their students, faculty, and scholarship. The attitude displayed in your post is insulting to everyone here who is working hard to build something excellent and meaningful. This forum is anonymous, but your words have impact on real people. We encourage you to come forward to either me, Beth, or Susan so that we can address your dissatisfaction or provide resources to transition out of Everspring. Life is too short to be so unhappy.
