Pros
Great place to learn consulting skills, and to develop professional relationships. Work from home was a good perk.
Cons
Management gave little to no feedback on your work and had "favorite employees" that you could tell they preferred. Often times while working on projects, I was micromanaged and it made me feel super stressed out; I left everyday feeling like there is no way that I can stay on top of everything and would often times do 2 or more hours of work at home per evening. Processes changed literally everyday, and those changes were not articulated to the appropriate teams. There were a few times my manager would advise me to change something and I would; then a week later would ask why I did that. It just was overall a very negative work experience in my time at this company.
