Underpaid Overworked-High amount of expected OT No work life balance HR in FAI is a joke. Unprofessional and uneducated and their cult leader is a dude who doesn't care about any employee, only the bottom line of the organization. Way he talks to people is disrespectful.

The senior management is a family-owned controlled; they have treated me very well over the years.

Cons

Unless you are a pilot your wages will be lower than anywhere else. The work can be long and arduous; the Alaska winters are brutal and long.
