Great experience, met and got to work with a lot of very intelligent people and learned much from them, being at the company almost 5 years.

Cons

However, after a major client suddenly decided to part ways with Evolent, the company had to make some major layoffs. I wasn’t impressed with how that was handled due to many of us being long-standing employees that worked hard for the company for a long time. Although we did get a good severance package, the humanity was extremely lacking.
