When I started at Evolve in 2021, it was a great place to work! Business was thriving, tons of hiring, growing, training, etc. As soon as the market gets tough however, it's no longer about the employees and all about how the company can suddenly survive with the least amount of inconvenience to the CEO. WAKE UP Brian Egan, you are not holding yourself or anyone at the company accountable for your poor decision making the last year. Good luck keeping this one afloat!

Everything will seem great until it isn’t. Then when you get that funny feeling something’s off, better dust off the resume and get out before you’re unceremoniously turfed. The “Evolver Experience” sounds great on paper and working for a home grown company is enticing, but ultimately, as an employee at Evolve, you’re just that…a glorified internal consultant they’ll kick to the curb at a moments notice. Teams are extremely cliquey and if you plan to come in with some ideas on how to do something different, don’t bother. It will only serve to hasten your exit that much sooner. As evidence of this, the turnover is exceptionally high for a non-retail based company.
