Pros

I had no sales experience before Evolve. They gave me the opportunity to start as a Homeowner Consultant(Outbound Sales Rep and lead generation). This was a very valuable experience for me. Since working here I have been promoted to Regional Director(Inbound Sales) and I feel the training was great. They really take good care to train, coach and invest in their employees. I am so happy with the experiences and opportunities this company has provided me. Last note, the culture is amazing, I really enjoy everyone I work with and love coming to work

Cons

If you don't like a fast pace environment that accepts change frequently this may not be your place. Everyone is working hard to make the company better, one idea at a time.

Pros

Evolve is a great company to work for. From the founders to the front line employees, I can honestly say that I enjoy working with each and every person at the company. The company is supportive of each employee and their personal development. There are monthly Kick-off Meetings where we get together as a whole company and go over the previous month's metrics, the upcoming month's goals, industry changes, company updates, etc. It is followed by a happy hour where we can mix and mingle with our colleagues. A major focus is preserving the culture as the company is growing rapidly and we have done a great job keeping the culture alive. I recommend Evolve to anyone who is interested in being part of a fast growing company and wants to progress their career.

Cons

With downtown offices, parking is a struggle and expensive.

Pros

Lieutenants are very knowledgeable in the industry and seem pretty adepts at managing this disruptive business. Evolve (or the team's I've seen in action) mirror many successful and in tune company when it comes to leadership and listening to their employees. Regular 1x1's with your superior and regularly asking their employees for their opinions and suggestions to make the job and company better. This is something they promise during hiring and deliver on once you're in! Not all suggestions can be implemented right away or should be used to begin with, but they certainly do listen to what you have to say. Like everything in life, it's all a work in progress. The fact that they value my suggestions really makes a difference to me! I also appreciate the way the Brass is trying to keep the small feel of the company. I like the town halls and the kickoffs. I like knowing how we are doing as a whole and having a chance to meet other team members while enjoying a beer/food on the company dime. No, I wouldn't quite if they didn't keep doing it, but I really do enjoy it and it's a nice way of showing they appreciate us.

Cons

Pay. Without a shadow of a doubt, I am underpaid. Maybe by 10 or 15 percent overall. That not a huge raise to give your employees and it might result in fewer of these reviews where current/former employees rail against the poor pay. (Side rant: While being interviewed, I was asked if I could work part time to start. Now, here, protected by the anonymity of the internet, I would like to give my "unfiltered" response. The answer is HELL NO. Who can afford to house, clothe and feed themselves on a part time and apparently underpaid job in Denver, Colorado?!) The job is heavily based on interacting with clients over the phone/email. Some would call it a call center. I give this part of the job 2/5 stars. It usually not terrible, but like any customer facing job, homeowners can get upset and it's not always fun to deal with. I really don't view it as a call center job because we are a property management company of sorts, and unfortunately, we cannot be in all locations at all times. Therefore, email or phone are the only forms of communication. I don't view this as going to a call center every day, and have no problems going into work.
