Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We’re glad to hear you like our product and the culture we’ve created here, and we’d like to address your concerns about pay. Certainly when there’s a problem in payroll we work to get it fixed as quickly as possible, and we know our employees need us to be on the ball there. We’ve put backups in place to keep those issues from happening again, and we’re very sorry if you were affected. As for the pay structure, we’re always upfront about compensation when new employees sign on and we think you’ll find Glassdoor shows our pay to be competitive for the Denver area. That said, we know entry-level compensation can feel underwhelming which is why we’ve worked hard to develop a culture that gives our team members the opportunity to stand out and advance quickly. Working for a high-growth company comes with its share of challenges, but all of our employees can expect that we’ll continue to re-invest in them as we grow and we hope you’ll join us for the ride.
