      Pros

      They hire fantastic people with great character. The industry itself is constantly growing and changing, which was exciting.

      Cons

      The company culture and the "we're in this together" feeling has gone missing. Ridiculously low pay and no benefits. And by no benefits I mean zero benefits. Did I mention low pay? You will live paycheck to paycheck.

      Pros

      Best Contract job I've had to date, shot several vacation properties and love LOVE exploring the beautiful hidden gems within my state. Wish they had more work, I could do this everyday! Easy to work with, great people, great job.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, disappointed that they give you a job and if you aren't available that day they give it to someone else when I can always do it with 24 hours notice. Would really like more consistent work with this company.

      Pros

      Great company culture, friendly environment, laid back attitude. The company is growing pretty quickly and the C-Level is very transparent about financial performance and progress. They also do a great job aligning monthly goals and benchmarks as it relates to each team. Overall, a great environment for somebody right out of school or somebody currently in school.

      Cons

      Pay is way below market value. We currently live in a millennial generation where the workforce is relatively very educated, but the job market is poor. As a result, Evolve is able to leverage a strong workforce at an extreme discount.
