      Pros

      Evolve is a fantastic place to work for anyone who likes the be a part of the action. Opportunities for growth and learning are endless and everyone I work with is truly amazing. Everyone is extremely encouraging and really values your work, which makes it easy to feel appreciated. I've learned more about business working here than I ever did in school.

      Cons

      The pay is ridiculously low. There's always too much work to do and not enough people to do it, but to me...that's something I enjoy.

      Pros

      Working with Evolve over the past year has been a pleasure to say the least. I have shot over 40 properties with Evolve, they pay well and quickly. Support is strong and they really show the appreciation for your work. I have worked with many vacation rental company's in the past years and I can say Evolve has been the smoothest and their people are great. The one time there was an issue with a client Evolve stood behind me, paid me for the canceled shoot and said that client was not someone that wanted to do business with. I will shoot anywhere, anytime for Evolve.

      Cons

      Keep in mind Evolve is a client and in a freelance situation you must be wiling to accept negative feedback for sub par work. I have been called in for a few re shoots and you must understand that reflects badly upon Evolve to its clients. Bring your A game, good equipment a strong knowledge of how to run your equipment and you will be fine.

      A Freelancer Photographer's Dream Job

      Pros

      Fabulous communications, lots of work, great (and FAST) pay! All you have to do is take great photos of homes and condos, and Evolve does the rest. No editing required on the part of the photographer! They contact you with a date range, you let them know when you're available, and they book you, all this usually takes less than a week, sometimes the jobs can be available in a day or two. After you upload the unedited pictures you can expect payment in 10 days or less (for me it's usually 5 days or less). It just doesn't get any better!

      Cons

      None that I've encountered so far. Sometimes there's short notice, but that's not a Con for me.
