Thank you for the more than five years you dedicated to Evolve. We’re glad to hear you felt supported by your coworkers and valued the flexibility of working from home. We want to directly address your concerns regarding organizational changes. We did make intentional adjustments to the structure of our OGS team to better align with our business goals and ensure we continue to build a durable and high-performing company for our customers and Evolvers. We approach these strategic decisons with care and ensure all those impacted receive clear communication, which is key to our COHAD (communicate often, honestly, and directly) value. We strive to create an environment where Evolvers can ask tough questions, and we use forums like our live Q&As with leadership (Coffee & COHAD) to lean into that transparency—even when the answers are difficult.
