Pros

Work from home. High communication from CSuite. Time-off flexibility is accurate. Decent comp.

Cons

Things at the very top appear transparent but that is where it stops. The organization's senior and middle leadership touts themselves as being flexible in the interview process but are extremely rigid and burocratic. Being ambitious and committed to the organization will not get you the same in return from the company. At best you will be ignored and worst you will be retaliated against. Innovation is not welcome and management ego centricity creates silos and low morale. They will set high targets without providing the necessary basic tools to get there. Being "scrappy" is used by many leaders as a misnomer for making self-serving and unresearched decisions with no care to how it affects staff and their ability to perform . There is little to no synchronicity in overall strategy. Leadership is totally disconnected from the field and they make no genuine effort to understand . Career advancement opportunities are not forthcoming here, I was fed a lot of inaccuracies in my interview. They do not see employees as an investment, we are simple numbers to them and nothing beyond that, fostering 0 loyalty on either end. I've seen many high performers leave in my 1> time here "suddenly" which makes me think the toxicity exists in many areas. The organization does not promote or welcome honest communication. There is very little sense of genuine community. Working here is not sustainable.
