Amazing Company - Taking off like a rocket ship

Pros

- a very high density of rock stars - Killer products and a great team - Their market is large and primed for disruption - A really fun place to work

Cons

If you don't like fast paced work environments this isn't going to be for you. It's a fun work environment, but not a place you can "rest and vest".

Pros

- 4 months into the job after very nearly joining a competitor and i'm very pleased (and relieved) with my decision. - Exabeam prides itself on the whole team being a 'family' and it very much feels like that. Everyone is working together towards a common goal and the whole family are incredibly supportive to one-another. - The technology is amazing and is making a huge impact for our customers. Releases are frequent and the roadmap is very exciting. Customers love what Exabeam has to offer and it's hugely disruptive. - We're growing rapidly but not falling down the trap of other vendors who scale their sales teams too quickly. - Agile and very transparent. If you need any help whatsoever you're encouraged to ask.

Cons

- None. This is my 1st true start up and i've seen none of the usual teething problems typically associated with this level of early stage growth.

Product just works & customers are regualrly praising product to vendors & peers Teamwork throughout with the goal to do what's best for customer Complete transparency from the Executive team on down

If you don't like to have fun & work hard then this place is not for you?
