Pros
I recently joined and can honestly say that this was a fantastic decision on my part (not to toot my own horn or anything). The leaders are approachable, down to earth and wicked smart. The people in the company are so nice - its almost unbelievable. People welcomed me continuously and worked to make me feel included in our weekly HQ events. The product is doing extremely well and there is an awesome vibe among everyone whether they are remote or at HQ. The transparency is fantastic and this is just a great place to be because you're challenged and working alongside rock stars.
Cons
This isn't a "con" by any stretch but there is a lot of work. This startup runs at a hyper speed. There is no room to hide so accountability is at the forefront.
