Pros

As long as I've been at Exabeam, there has been no catch. It's just been working with smart people who are good at what they do and good to be around, working on building products and a business growing very fast. Pros included: -Professional/experienced staff and management -Low ego attitude -Fast growing market -Solid product -Happy Hrs -Wednesday Lunches -Friendly atmosphere

Can't think of any cons - unless you list things like everyone is super busy

Pros

Working in Security a long time, this is the most exciting, most current, and innovative product in the security market today. Helping my customers make a real difference to the threats they face. the company is extremely supportive and fantastic culture. Leadership team are supportive, helpful and hands on throughout.

Cons

Working here almost a year I cannot see any, the best place I have worked.

* People are easy to work with and smart * Free food Wednesdays * Snacks, drinks, etc * CEO is extremely open, we know exactly where the company is going * Product is extremely well designed and runs great, especially for its age * Due to the nature of the product, not many instances of "OMG THIS BROKE, THE WORLD IS ENDING, MUST FIX OVER WEEKEND AND LOSE WEEKEND"

Cons

* Product is young and missing some features * Location - noone seems to be central to San Mateo
