More like a call center job *feel like middle school and gossipy (very immature culture) *Some of the managers just pick thier favorites, so its not based on skill. *Micromanagement on how to take calls, when in the real world people don't really care about that. *Managers can eliminate you if you are not a "fit". seems more like a cult than skill based job.
