Pros

Stock, focus on prevention and screening, cannot think of any other pros.

Cons

Lack of competent leadership, immature workforce, run then walk mentality which resulted in the hiring of staff and their layoff within 6 months of being hired (some within weeks of being hired), hiring of people into management positions which they are not qualified to perform.

Pros

Free coffee and bananas are nice. The gyms are great if you have time to use one.

Cons

10.5 hour shifts minimum. Management heavy, where it seems like the entire plan is "layering" of other management level positions to make themselves look better with many being of questionable competency or alternately hyper-focused on nonsense minutiae (or literally fabricating problems to blame on the scapegoat of the moment) due to lack of actual work for the thick management layer to perform. These are the types Exact like to hire to keep internal employees from advancing. Ever seen co-workers who look at you with fear-wide eyes because they are afraid to speak like a normal human being? It's like that in many areas of Exact properties.
