Lots of fake 5 star reviews lately . The " new' six figure salary lean and flow folks are more uneducated people that have no idea what they are doing, but because they sucked up to the hiring managers for five years, they've got it good. This company is garbage. The lab staff are abused daily. Low pay to do all the work to bring in the profit. Then all the profit is given to corporate employees, not the lab staff. Corporate works remote, have desks, have flexibility. Lab staff do not. You will be worked to death on shift. Stand 8-10 hours in the lab. No desk, garbage pay, treated like a child, and learn nothing. The last two weeks of each quarter you are not allowed PTO. Corporate or lab management is not subject to this. Lab staff is required to work normal hours during all holidays now. Corporate and lab management gets them all off. Don't believe the great place to work nonsense. They pay for that label. Don't believe them when they say you can move from the lab to other areas of the company. You can't . It's literally impossible. It's miserable here, and you will be too. Turnover is really high for a reason. I cannot stress enough that you should find a position anywhere else first, if possible.
