Pros
I've only been part of ExamSoft for a month but have been delighted by their relentless commitment to improve. This extends far beyond the usual verbal commitment every company trots out - I see evidence of a lot of time invested in improving all areas (i.e. not overfocused on short term profitability) by the Executive. Employee reviews are scrutinsed for lessons for every level from every level. Management meetings are engaging, informative and remain focussed. Mentors and tutors engage and are a pleasure to communicate with.
Cons
So far I like what I see; as I have to fill this in... There are a lot of communication channels - it's hard staying on top of everything. There's a lot of out of office hours communication - I don't mind this but I know some do.
