Good pay and opportunities, but out dated management.

Pros

The pay and potential opportunities for advancement are really nice. Not hard to move around within the company, in fact it's encouraged.

Cons

Incredibly difficult work environment. It seems like the management style is still stuck in the 80's; i find yelling and cursing at employees simply because a manager is under stress to be completely unacceptable.

Great company with a bright future

Pros

Teach you everything needed to succeed at your position. Upper management very approachable and Friendly. Benefit packages are very good. Many different clubs to join and network within the company and industry for personal development.

Cons

Promotions are limited within certain fields. Forced overtime due to being understaffed. Few team members have negative complacent attitudes.
