Pros

Staff was cool, not too much drama because we worked from home, no need to go into the office.

Cons

Pay was low for the volume the expected and got, way too much responsibility on the total loss department because the other departments were, in my opinion, incompetent. Nonsense transfers from other departments even though some of them had nothing to do with total loss, a customer service team that didn't understand operations and always asked questions with impressively simple answers (honestly not their fault, they were outsourced and based out of another country), overbearing managers with mouse trackers, activity trackers, forced participation on biased employee of the month, quarter, year celebrations, constant monitoring of team chats even though they were work appropriate, management still made it a point to put you on work status, hop on a call, and tell you to stay focused, as if comradery isn't essential to the workplace for some people.

We appreciate your feedback on your experience at Exeter. We acknowledge that Exeter has a duty to its investors. But we also care deeply about our employees' well-being. We regret that you were dissatisfied with your compensation package compared to your workload. We do perform regular and comprehensive market analyses that compare Exeter not only to the industry in general, but also to other companies and job roles that are most similar to Exeter. The results have indicated that our compensation packages are equal or higher than those of comparable companies. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the advantages of a remote work environment. This flipside of enjoying a remote environment is that we have a responsibility to our employees, customers, and investors to monitor how work gets done. Thank you for your time at Exeter. We wish you well in your future endeavors.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad that you enjoy the remote work model that we offer to many of our employees. We agree with your advice to management; engaged and happy teams drive strong performance. This is certainly one of the critical roles of a leader. We’re sorry to hear that you feel pay is not competitive. Our Compensation and Benefits team works hard to regularly evaluate compensation to ensure all employees are paid fairly. This includes conducting annual compensation reviews using market surveys, taking into consideration things such as experience, market changes and location. We are proud to report that according to our engagement surveys, the majority of our employees feel favorably about our compensation package. If you have questions about your compensation or how to support engagement and performance on your team, please reach out to your next level leader or your HR Business Partner for support. Thank you for candid feedback and for your many years of service at Exeter!

Pros

Great Directors Opportunity to learn and level up Great teams Wonderful DEI groups for everyone! PTO is great! They make sure you utilize those hours There are people who left here and eventually comeback because of the work environment

Cons

The pay here is not that great. You have to leave then, comeback to get a better pay (sometimes)
