      Get rewarded but expect to work

      Pros

      The company has been around for 13 years and very stable but is growing like a startup. Many opportunities to grow and learn. Catered meals on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Compensation is competitive and monthly bonuses. Exigo has a great young environment.

      Cons

      Not many from what I can tell as long as you work hard. If you a looking for an easy paycheck this is not it but if you want a fun place to work and learn from some of the best talent in the industry then don't miss out. The only con I can think of are just normal growing pains but nothing out of the ordinary.

      Pros

      Comfortable environment, friendly co-workers and managers, sense of appreciation, actually fun to go to work, great benefits, competitive salary, room to grow.

      Cons

      If they exist, I haven't found any so far. The most I would say is that the operating hours are a nine hour day. So unless you live close by, it can be a long day including your commute.

      Pros

      - huge upside to learning new techniques, methods and disciplines. - absolutely ZERO corporate BS - catered gourmet lunch 3 days a week - onsite weight/fitness center - competitive salaries and conscious attention to what's going on in the technical world outside of the company - very positive future-growth. Becoming (if not already) the industry leader

      Cons

      -Not enough people to handle the workload but this IS being actively addressed. -The pork loin served last Wednesday was a little rare for my liking.
