*No respect for the employees on bench *You will be asked to come to work on weekends even if you are on bench for internal projects.No comp-off given for that. *Its very unprofessional firm. *Exerienced people are treated like you are in school.No time for self study. *Very less project options--limited clients; no inhouse turnkey projects for experienced people(if they say then it is a false commitment).There is no proper inhouse turnkey project. *No Work Life Balance *NO ethics *No Values
