Good work with multiple turnkeys and ODC Work as a team at both Eximius and at client site Fun at work Open culture - free to do what you want and can freely talk to management

Eximius name is not known much to external world - need to spread awareness and branding

Pros

Work starts from commitment and it becomes easy if someone trusts you. Its easy to deliver to the deadlines and would be great if managment is in sync with what you are doing. In Eximius I could really find that absolutely equal priority to anyone whether 1 yr or 10yr experience the divide is almost negligible. I have not experienced a lot of suprises in terms of the pay or kind of work or neither am I pushed into unconfortable zone to do the stuff I dont like. Management is always in hand with you want to acheive in your career. So I am really have great time at work.

Cons

May be few things can be organized better which could ease our day today life at ofice.
