I am working at Eximius Design currently and am highly impressed by the Management and work culture. The Management folks have proven track record in executing projects and creating teams that takes challenges. Work environment is simply awesome and employees are respected for the contributions.

Offer good CTC but later specify that all this are conditional

Cons

Completely illoyal. If they don't have future project visibility, they sell you to other company without informing you. Senior technical people don't take responsibility. They take easiest work in project. BDM talk all lie to fool you.
