Pros

Great team, good benefits, great environment to learn from.

Cons

A lot of travel benefits don't apply in Canada or aren't as interesting as they seem as they are taxable benefits. Also, with the headquarters in the US and the larger London office, it's hard to be recognized being in a remote location.
