      Pros

      Very few. They cover health insurance (but it's lousy and doesn't cover spouses.) Location is great

      Cons

      Too much favoritism. Way too many family members working with and for each other. If you're not in the clique, or hired direct as a manager, you're probably not going to do well. Unqualified friends and family get promoted, not you. Will make you salaried so you don't get overtime.

      Pros

      - Can choose your hours - They have a 4/10 option - Great benefits - Not a good work/life balance, employees spend most of their time at work or getting to work - No lay off policy, good, but doesn't give employees a drive, creates lazy employees

      Cons

      - No work from home - Strict professional attire - Pay lower than others in Seattle - Not a good work/life balance, employees spend most of their time at work or getting to work -All these things scare away young talent and growth - People are "too comfortable" making progress and growth really slow going

      Location is great or most.

      Cons

      Too many policies, mandatory 1 hour unpaid lunch means everyday is at least 9 hours. What are employees supposed to do for 1 hour unpaid, fact is the employer gets more than 8 hours of work out of each employee.
