Best place to waste your years

Pros

Health benefits and transportation basically it

Cons

Embarrassed to have wasted 2 years at this company and have this on my resume. Where workers are underpaid, opportunities for growth are few and far between, work is mundane and repetitive, there's a cultish-stifling work culture / values, employees forced to buy business professional when they're paid business casual salaries. Promotions are promised but never handed out, management is cliquey and two faced, really only a good company to work for if you're looking for an easy hire into Seattle. Honestly better off looking at Amazon for opportunities in logistics - this company's stock value only continues to decline and employee retention is low for a reason. Stay away.

Disappointed

Pros

Health insurance fully paid by employer. Job security (no layoffs). Employee stock purchase plan at 15% less than stock price. If you make it into the "IN" group, after maneuvering through political gamesmanship, you'll continue to grow your career.

Cons

Dealing with fake personalities (especially management). Anywhere from 10% - 60% of total compensation comes from a monthly bonus, which leads to unstable pay. Management can also change your bonus compensation as they see fit. Management frowns upon using up your sick time (even when the company provides 6 sick days a year). Lots of nepotism. Overall low employee morale/satisfaction. Poor positive feedback methods. No true mentorship. Do as I say, not as I do attitudes. Constant political gamesmanship garners more growth opportunities than actual hard work. Seniority means nothing, especially when it comes to compensation.

Lack of employee development Outdated systems and business intelligence No work/life balance. Company culture very behind the times. Lowest industry pay. Targets young college graduates with little or no experience. Employee turnover rate is high. Employee satisfaction is low.
