Consistent. Downtown location, if that works for you. Bus pass.

Cons

Consistently frustrating. Lack of knowledge in department. Lack of training for peers. Being nice is more important than delivering high quality work products.

Stability of company. Above average healthcare benefits. Employee stock purchase plan.

Cons

Under-qualified and out of touch district management, completely inept branch management, constrained product management, hubris born of 80's and 90's success, lack of accountability of employees put out to pasture, major resource constraints lead to burden of responsibility placed on a few key employees who experience extremely poor work/life balance, commoditized industry, lack of agility due to bureaucracy, company-wide nepotism problem, facility completely inadequate and likely not up to code.

pay 100% of benefits, great peers to work with and very knowledgeable; if you work in one of the better branches you can have fun

Cons

they work you to death and underpay you. Moral can get pretty low and it is very stressful. Management in some branches sucks as they are looking after their bonus and not the employee. High turnover rate of the desk level people as they burn out; upper management is like an old boys club, enjoying their stock options and bonuses while the desk level people do all the work. With holding city I work in to protect my job
