Pros

No experience required to get hired to the company. Most people come in based on referrals. They look for attitude and not actual skills. Not as fast paced as stated. Everything is trainable. Education requirements low - some community college classes is sufficient as long as you're a good talker and know someone in the company already. Low competition in terms of work pace.

Cons

Promotions are rare and happens only when you've put in your time. Salary raises are rare and minimal, 1-3k/year depending on how long you've been there. High the first year but drops down drastically afterwards because at that point, they think you're already committed to the company. Many people quit after year 2 so there's a deficient of mid-level employees. Low salary to start off. No bonuses, low 401k matching. Management watches the clock on your forced 1-hour lunch break and also your in/out time even though you're a salaried employee on paper. Overtime expected but no compensation.

Worst job experience I've ever had. Waste of time.

Pros

-If you love to dress up then join up! -People get promoted within their year mark. (If you aren't promoted or they haven't given you a timeline by then, save yourself the trouble and quit immediately). -Nice benefits.

Cons

-Mandatory 10-12 hour work days during peak seasons, july-december. -Brain-dead work, no thinking or creative input is required as it is also undesired. -If you weren't hired into the fraternity, you will be treated like a peasant as you will also be required to do all the work. -Company includes integrity and honesty as part of it's, "culture," yet has neither. -Majority of employees dislike management lowering employee potential. -People pass off work constantly if you know multiple tasks. (Learn to reject additional work until you finish whatever major task you were working on, unless you can handle both and have the time to complete both). -Company flatlines and still believes people will move up as fast as when it was growing. -Initiative is undesired, as you will be undermining supervisors and managers that cannot take credit. -Blatant favoritism.

Pros

Other than being better dressed than other MIS employees, there are absolutely no Pros. One only needs to read all the other reviews written to get a "feel" for how it really is behind the glass doors!

Cons

You are getting paid less, stressing out more, and the benefits are mediocre. You have no metrics to objectively evaluate how much you should be getting paid or how much work you are responsible for. Anyone who thinks this place is good needs to come out of their cubicles and look.
