Pay is lower than other companies Management looks at the bottom line before looking at who is working on what. Meaning supervisors can let the operations workers do more work while they don't help the way they are supposed to.

Pay is well below industry standard (they do have reasonable benefits though and avoid most layoffs in downturns) and there is a large gender pay gap. There is some clicky mentality in some departments/locations. Making friends with the right/wrong people can make or break your career here. Don't share too much personal life if you are not extremely conservative or you may get passed up for promotions due to not aligning well with the culture and managers. Although sick time is generous, be careful using sick time as you will be low-key in trouble for utilizing it (aside from if you have Covid). (was warned more than once in writing to plan sick time better, which is impossible, no one plans to be sick...)
