Pros

Great place to learn, great place to start. Such a niche kind of marketing that if you stay here for a year or so, you're guaranteed in-house job almost anywhere.

Cons

Not a great work-life balance. You are the slave to the client - though enough ot to gain for when you do have work-life balance.

Pros

- Great people (everyone is young, looking to have a good time) - Investment in sales training

Cons

You will get fired if you do not meet your monthly quotas, regardless of tenure. Church and burn sales. Highly mircomanaged with managers breathing down your back all the time. Everything down to the number of dials you make is tracked.
