      Good to place because its product based company good employment benefits. salary hikes all are good

      Cons

      No proper management because manager won't have any knowledge and use harsh words and talk more worse on you with your higher management. He does'nt support team if any issue comes on team he will always be offline and will not take any initiative properly. It all depends on your manager if he is good and supportive this is the best organization.
