      - A lot to learn if you’re willing to commit - Company provides a lot of training for Personally and Professionally - Colleagues are friendly from the get-go - Benefits are greater than previous employment

      Cons

      - There are no “Revising” salary based on the market - Only 1 “Top Performer” in team, doesn’t matter if you’ve improve drastically throughout the year. - Internal Disputes from among different team - Some internal projects might cause disputes due to who should own it.
