      Pros

      Very flexible with working hours, remote working etc. Policies and work culture is excellent. Management is very supportive and you get technical freedom to carry out the right work without getting into too much processes or blockers. Excellent work culture.

      Cons

      You don’t get extra perks like childcare benefits or additional discounts vouchers except for perks at works.

      Everything is Excellent, but...

      Pros

      - Tons of Opportunity on Improving your Skillset - Great environment to work in if you're a team player - Diversity is great - As long you're willing to learn, opportunities are there. - Promoting GenAI - Has Hackaton globally within the Company

      Cons

      - Do survey on the salary that you want when join. It'll be hard to get adjusted according to market later on. - Management guarantees you that Increment will be fair based on percentage, not the value itself. - Once in a blue moon there will be some colleagues that is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

      Pros

      Depends on the project some projects are inovative and great to be part of new technologies managers with great mindsets you just need to fall in there

      Cons

      Some projects have managers from the old times like the 2000s and they just want to keep the bone and just be political with you do not want change they just want the time to pass and do not do major restructuring or implementing new technologies or be proactive because they too long in the system.
