They have started with micro-management. No proper recognition for your performance which can be considered as remarkable. Incentives policy was better earlier. They do not stick to their commitments. They hardly give any good increment to their existing employees.

1. No Respect on employees and their decisions. 2. Their moto is "If you Dont have Project, You Dont belong Here". 3. If you ran out of project, then the HR/Mgnt dont waste a single day to resign, they will announce your last working day without consulting you. Like most companies they dont go with talking. 4. No BENCH policy. "You got no work, No salary, No Pay, No Employee benefits". 5. Fake promises on 'Team will get back to you with Project till then we dont pay you". 6. Notice Period is 3 Months. 7. If they want you out then time is just 2 weeks with no pay and settlement after 2 months, if you want to resign then Notice is 3 months. 8. No Transparency in Salary Deductions. 9. No IT support nor any HR support for your queries. 10. Salary get credited after 5 days. 11. Strict policy on Timesheets and No Policy on 'Variables'. I can go on, my final advice is 'Dont join this company unless you are hopeless and want to see a axe hanging above your head on layoff'.
