1) They dont pay you a single rupee if your client company put you on bench ,in my case there was an malware attack on my client company project so project management decide to put every contractor on bench for around 2 months,the client company had decided to give half of normal billing from project for every contractor . this company doesnt pay a single rupee for us for whole 2 month . 2) Why i am sure that they do some scam with the resource salary is me and my friend both were in same project in same application and our vendor is Experis only. we both were put on bench for 2 months due to malware attack i dont get a single rupee whereas my friend got only 2000 rupees for 1st month and when he questioned them then they give him 1000 more so totally he got 3000 for 0 billing and i got 0 for 0 billing irrespective of that fact that our client company is providing half billing. 3) This is totally a cheat fund company , they do lot of scam with the resource salary. 4) the bangalore management of Experis is totally worst specially devanand he is the person who is responsible to deploy resource from one project to other project, i have seen he had asked my friends to immidiately reach to kolkata from bangalore for their new project but after they arrived he told that he will revert them back after few days and my friends waited more than 3 weeks in kolkata without any financial help by experis at their own cost. 3) The HR of Experis never ever reply your mail they dont care even you are facing difficulties from client side.

Will give you the opportunity to work in MNC but with unstability and uncertainity in the job.
