*Hired Fresher's or less experienced people & gave them Sr Job title *Unprofessional Hr team *Underground offices *No benefits or support *Same old body shopping *Unethical *They can do anything to get money from Big MNCs or Employees *They purposely hired dumb people *All the previous High Rating comments came from internal HR + Recruitment Sales Team. *They will not take any responsibilities if you are in trouble. *As long as they are getting money they are fine *They do not maintain any Indian Labour Law *Inside their office there is no emergency exit or fire extinguisher *They never release salary on time. IT IS A Fake & scary Recruitment Pvt Ltd.

Only the Interview Process is good and Easy to Crack. Joining and on boarding procedure is fast and good.

Cons

Management is too strict with timings, Too much of a Bossy environment, Not a friendly place to work, Loads and loads of Politics and they say 5 day working and ironically on Saturdays also they make you work till 9/10 PM. Where in Weekdays, just take a guess.. You can not go before 11.00 PM.

Communication gap is there. Thats it.
